EasyPractice is a solid Danish system for therapists — journals, GDPR-secure notes and clinic workflows. But if your clinic also runs classes, teams or courses with memberships and punch cards, you're running two systems. Class Booking is the one system for the combination clinic.
Why studios switch
EasyPractice is built around 1:1 appointments and journals. Group training with capacity limits, unlimited memberships and punch-card automation is where combination clinics outgrow it.
EasyPractice's model adds paid modules as your needs grow. Class Booking is one flat price with everything included — from €10/month.
Class Booking gives you a full website on your own domain — schedule, treatments, memberships and gift cards under your name, picking up Google traffic for you.
When treatments live in one tool and classes in another, your best clients are split across two databases. One system means one relationship.
Five languages, multi-currency Stripe payments and EU data residency — built for clinics on both sides of the Danish border.
Side by side
No spin. Both columns reflect public pricing and published features at the time of writing.
| Class Booking | EasyPractice | |
|---|---|---|
| Built for | Clinics and studios that run classes AND treatments | Therapists and clinics running appointments + journals |
| Group classes, capacity & waitlists | Native — the core of the product | Event features exist; no class-first engine |
| Memberships & punch cards | Unlimited memberships, punch cards, intro offers | Not the product's focus |
| Medical journals & clinical notes | Deliberately not included — keep your journal tool | Core strength, GDPR-secure journals |
| Danish health-insurance workflows | Not supported | Established in the Danish therapist market |
| Pricing | €10 / £8 / $13/month flat, everything included | Base plan + paid modules per feature (per their public pricing, July 2026) |
| Branded website on own domain | Included — full site with booking, SEO-ready | Booking page focus |
| Languages | English, German, Swedish, Norwegian, Spanish (+ Danish via Holdstyring) | Danish-rooted, English available |
Honest take
We're not the right fit for everyone. Here's when you should stay with EasyPractice.
Tell us when you want to switch. We export your members, classes, schedules and active subscriptions from EasyPractice, import them to Class Booking, sit on a video call with you to verify everything looks right, and switch your domain over the weekend. Your customers don't notice.
No — honestly, it doesn't. Class Booking has intake forms and booking notes, but no clinical journal and no insurer billing. Clinics with documentation duties keep a journal tool for records and run Class Booking for everything client-facing: booking, payments, packages, classes.
When the class side of your clinic grows: rehab courses, group training, memberships, punch cards. If you're paying for a class tool next to EasyPractice — or handling classes in spreadsheets — one system that does both booking jobs properly is the win.
Yes — clients, contact details and future appointments come along. Journal contents stay in your journal tool (we don't import medical records, by design).
Yes — in Denmark the same platform runs as Holdstyring with Danish UI and MobilePay. Internationally you get Class Booking with Stripe multi-currency. Same product, same team, same company (Nahbo ApS).
Custom intake forms attach to any service and are collected before the first visit, GDPR-compliantly and with EU data residency. That covers booking-related information — clinical documentation stays in your journal system.
