Reporting
Revenue by month and source, attendance per class type and instructor, and how your member base is moving. The dashboard compares each figure with the period before, and the key reports export as CSV.
Reports are built from the bookings and payments already in your account. There is nothing to set up.
Today's classes, bookings and website visits, revenue this week, members and active memberships. Click a card to see the detail for today, this week, this month, 30 days, 3 months or 12 months, compared with the period before.
Twelve months of revenue split into bookings, punch cards, subscriptions, gift cards, courses, treatments, retreats and shop, and by payment method. Refunds are deducted, and every figure is shown with and without VAT.
A VAT view with the year's totals, VAT per month and source, and a quarterly overview, calculated at the VAT rate you set for your studio.
Attendance and no-show rates with a trend over time, broken down by class type and by instructor, plus the members who miss most often. Fill rate per class, and a weekday-by-hour map of which time slots fill up.
Member growth over time, new members, members who booked in the previous period but not in this one, and activity groups from very active to dormant. Active memberships by type, punch-card usage and memberships that expire within 30 days.
Export revenue per month, the payments list with your filters, memberships, gift cards and payroll as CSV. A full export of your account's data is available as JSON or as a ZIP of CSV files.
From the day's numbers to a file for your accountant.
The dashboard shows today's classes, bookings and visits as soon as you log in.
Click a card, choose a period, and see the trend and the change from the period before.
Download revenue, payments or memberships as CSV and send them on.
Studios that want to follow revenue, VAT, attendance and member activity from the bookings and payments they already run through Class Booking, and hand CSV files to their accountant.
Where we stop: there are no cohort reports, no customer lifetime value and no tracking of which channel a member came from. Reports cover all locations together, with no split per location or room, and revenue is not split per class or instructor. The revenue page works per calendar year, with no custom date range or year-on-year comparison. There is no report builder, no scheduled email reports and no Excel, PDF or API export. A studio that needs business-intelligence tooling can export its data and analyse it elsewhere.
Start a 14-day free trial. The reports fill up as soon as bookings and payments come in. No credit card needed.
As a count: members who booked in the previous period but not in the current one, for the period you choose. It is not a rate, it does not record why someone left, and it does not count cancelled memberships.
No. You can see member growth, new members and who stopped booking per period, and an average revenue per paying customer, but there is no cohort analysis and no lifetime value per member.
Not per member. The dashboard shows which websites your visitors arrive from, but visits are not linked to sign-ups or revenue, and there is no "how did you hear about us" field.
No. Reports cover all your locations and rooms together.
The dashboard offers today, this week, this month, 30 days, 3 months and 12 months, and the attendance report this week to 12 months, each compared with the period before. The revenue page shows one calendar year at a time, month by month.
CSV files: revenue per month, the payments list, memberships, gift cards and, with the instructor hub, payroll. You can also download all your account's data as JSON or a ZIP of CSV files. There is no Excel or PDF export, and no API.
