Multiple locations
Add your rooms and sites with their own address, tie each class to where it happens, and run the whole timetable from one calendar. Members keep one login and one pass, wherever they train.
Locations and rooms live in one list. Give rooms in the same building the same address, and give each site its own.
Name, address, photo, description and facilities per location. The address is placed on a map automatically.
Assign single classes, recurring series and term courses to a location. Rename a location and every class follows.
The admin calendar and the class list filter by location, so each site's timetable is one click away.
The location appears on each class in your schedule, and the booking confirmation includes its address.
Your About page, contact map and website blocks show every active location, with photo and address.
Memberships and class passes work across all your locations. Restrict a pass to certain class types when you need to.
Three steps from one room to several sites.
Create each room or site in your admin, with address, photo and facilities.
Choose the location when you create a class, a recurring series or a term course.
Filter the calendar by location, while bookings, payments and members stay in one account.
Studios with several rooms in one building, or several sites under one brand, that want one timetable, one member base and one set of passes.
Where we stop: one time zone per studio, and staff access, reports and passes cover all locations together rather than one site at a time. A chain that needs separate managers and accounts per site, or 50+ locations with enterprise integrations, should use an enterprise system.

Pro and Studio both include multiple locations. If an additional location has more than 5 instructors, that location costs €40 per month.
Capacity is set per class or class type, so the same room can host a 12-person reformer class and a 30-person mat class.
Yes. Instructors belong to the studio, not to a location, so anyone can teach anywhere. Pay rates are set per instructor and per class type.
No. A studio has one time zone, so all its locations share it.
Renaming updates every class, series and term course automatically. Deactivating hides the location from your website and from new classes. A location that upcoming classes still use cannot be deleted.
