How much does Class Booking cost?
Class Booking costs $13 to $60 per month across three plans: Basic for solo instructors and one-room studios, Pro for growing studios with a small team, and Studio for established studios with a full team. The plans differ on capacity and advanced features — every one of them includes payments with no transaction fees. You can also add individual features to a lower plan instead of upgrading.

Add features without changing tier
Need one or two things from the next tier up but not the rest? Add them individually. Two prices: $3/mo for any Pro feature, $12/mo for any Studio feature. Available on Basic and Pro.
Add or remove individual features any time from billing settings. They stack on top of your base plan and are prorated.
Pricing questions
No setup fees. No per-transaction commission from us. Stripe charges its own card processing rate (around 1.4% + 25c for European cards, 2.9% + 30c for US cards) — that contract is between you and Stripe. SMS is passed through at $0.05 per message with no markup.
You pick a plan or pause. Your data stays in either case. No card was needed to start, so nothing is charged automatically when the trial ends.
Any time. Upgrades take effect immediately and the difference is prorated. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period.
Neither. The tier price is flat regardless of how many members, students or bookings the studio runs. Volume scales without the bill scaling.
Unusual at this scale, but talk to us. There's no hard cap. We'd rather have a direct conversation about your specific situation than push a rigid enterprise tier on you.
No. Monthly billing, cancel any time from your admin dashboard. You keep access until the end of the period you've paid for.
Full GDPR export — members, bookings, payments, settings. No lock-in. If Class Booking isn't right for you, leave with everything you brought.
