When you choose a booking system, you also choose a partner for many years. Your members, payments and classes will live with us. So you have a right to know how we think.
That's why we've written down our business principles. They are the rules we hold ourselves to — including where they mean we earn a little less than we could.
1. A low starting price — and add-ons instead of forced upgrades
Basic costs €10/month. That's enough for a solo instructor or practitioner getting started.
Many systems are built so you quickly hit a wall: the one feature you need only exists in the expensive plan. So you pay for ten things you don't use to get the one you do.
We don't work like that. If you need a feature from a higher plan, you can buy just that feature:
- Features from Pro: €3/month per feature.
- Features from Studio: €12/month per feature.
Example: you're on Basic and want statistics and reports
Forced up to Pro: €30/month
Basic + add-on: €10 + €3 = €13/month
What it costs us: We could earn more by locking features inside the big plans. But we'd rather you pay for what you use — and stay because it fits.
2. €10. Not €9.99.
Our prices are round: €10, €30 and €50 a month. Not €9.99.
Prices ending in .95 or .99 exist because they work: the brain reads 9.99 as "nine-something". It's a small trick, and we don't want to start a partnership with a trick.
For the same reason, all our prices are public on our website. You don't need to book a sales call to get a price, and the price on the page is the price you pay.
3. We don't take a cut of your payments
When your customers pay by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay, the money goes straight to you through your own Stripe account. You pay Stripe's normal fee — and nothing to us on top.
We take no percentage of your revenue, no fee per booking and no fee per member. It's your studio, and your revenue is yours.
SMS reminders are passed through at the price we pay our telecom supplier. We make nothing on them.
A fee per payment looks small. But it grows with your studio — the better you do, the more you pay. We'd rather have a fixed, low price you can plan around.
4. We build new features for free
If something is missing, tell us. If it makes sense for other studios too, we build it — without sending an invoice.
A large part of what we've built over the past year came from customers who wrote: "Couldn't you …?" You can follow what we're working on under Support → Roadmap in your admin.
Only if it's something very specific that only makes sense for you do we charge. And then you get the price before we start.
What it costs us: Development hours. But a system that gets better for everyone is also the best reason to stay.
5. Free help to move
Switching systems is a hassle. So the first 2 hours of help are free. That can be:
- Moving your data from your current system, for example your member list.
- Setting up classes, rooms and instructors.
- A walkthrough of the system, so you get off to a good start.
If your move is bigger than that, you get a fixed price up front — never an invoice you didn't see coming.
6. No contract — and your data is yours
There is no minimum term. You can cancel whenever you like and keep access until the end of the period you've paid for.
You can also always export your data: members, bookings and payments. We'd rather keep you because you're happy than because it's hard to leave.
7. We're honest — including about what we can't do
Not every studio is a fit for us, and we say so.
- We say where the line is. A chain with 50+ locations and deep integrations into insurers and payroll systems belongs in an enterprise system. That's not us.
- We tell you when something doesn't exist. Ask for a feature we don't have and you get a straight answer — and if it goes on the roadmap, you can follow it there.
- We don't talk others down. When we write about other systems, it's only with facts we can document — linked to the supplier's own pages and the date we checked them.
And what about prices in the future?
We get that question a lot — especially when other systems raise their prices. We have a clear answer, and we'll soon publish an article on how we adjust our prices and what we promise the customers we already have.
