Data Processing Agreement

When you use Class Booking, your studio remains the data controller for your members' personal data, and Class Booking (Nahbo ApS) acts as your data processor.

A Data Processing Agreement under Article 28 of the GDPR governs how we handle that data on your behalf: the categories of data we process, the security measures we apply, the sub-processors we use, EU data hosting, and deletion when you leave.

A Data Processing Agreement is available to every Class Booking customer. To receive a signed copy for your records, get in touch and we will send it over.
