Eversports Manager, built in Vienna, is a fixture in the German-speaking market, all the more since fitogram shut down on 31 December 2024 with Eversports as its official successor. Class Booking is built in Copenhagen: same continent, same GDPR, but a different business model. If you are comparing providers right now, perhaps looking for an Eversports alternative, this is the direct comparison: what Eversports does well, where the models diverge, and what ex-fitogram studios should watch out for.
What Eversports does well
Eversports is a solid, established product. Its biggest strength is the ecosystem: the Eversports marketplace and app bring studios in the DACH region real discovery traffic, new customers who search the platform for classes, yoga studios and sports. If you sit in a city with a dense Eversports presence and win a lot of drop-in business, that is a channel a plain booking system does not offer.
On top of that comes a broad feature set: schedule, memberships, class passes, workshops, video courses and more, plus local support and years of experience in the German-speaking market. When fitogram closed, Eversports stepped up as the official successor for its customers. All of that is real and deserves respect.
Where Class Booking is different
The core difference is the business model. According to its own pricing page, Eversports Manager costs between €49 (Light) and €229 (Champion) per month depending on booking volume, billed annually, plus a one-time onboarding fee of €99. New customers arriving via the marketplace carry a 25% referral fee, capped at €75 per person. None of this is hidden fine print, it is the logic of a marketplace model: the platform brings you customers and earns along the way.
Class Booking has no marketplace and therefore no referral fees. Your members are yours, there is no cross-promotion of other studios, and pricing is flat and monthly: €10 / £8 / $13 to €50 / £40 / $60 per month depending on studio size, with no setup fee, no annual contract, and a 14-day free trial. Payments run natively through Stripe with no commission on top. EU data residency applies to both providers, the two are even there. The difference is the model: platform with ecosystem versus a lean tool with transparent costs.

For ex-fitogram studios
fitogram was shut down on 31 December 2024, with Eversports as the official successor. The official migration path had one gap, per the Eversports help center: running memberships and invoices could not be transferred automatically. Many studios re-created their contracts by hand or have lived with incomplete data since.
That is exactly the part we take over. In a done-for-you migration to Class Booking we rebuild your memberships, class passes and pricing structures from your exports, whether the data comes from Eversports or from old fitogram exports. You supply the exports, we deliver the fully configured system.
Who picks which?
Both products have their place. An honest heuristic:
- The marketplace measurably brings you new customers and the 25% fee (capped at €75) pays for itself
- You want to be part of an urban sports ecosystem with plenty of drop-in business
- You need the broad feature set of an established DACH platform
- Annual billing is not a problem for you
- Your members come to you directly anyway and you do not need a marketplace
- You want flat pricing, cancellable monthly, with no setup fee
- You want payments running natively through Stripe with no commission on top
- You want memberships rebuilt cleanly after the fitogram move, without doing it by hand
How switching works
Moving from Eversports Manager to Class Booking is a done-for-you migration, not a self-service import. The typical sequence:
- 1You export your data from Eversports Manager (customer list, schedule, products) and send us the files.
- 2We set up your studio: schedule, memberships, class passes and pricing, including rebuilding running contracts.
- 3You review the finished system at your own pace, in parallel with normal operations, on the 14-day free trial.
- 4Switch day: your members get one email, enter their payment method once, and from then on book with you directly.
Details, timeline and what we need from you: it is all on the migration page.
Frequently asked questions
How long does migrating from Eversports to Class Booking take?
Typically 5 to 7 days from exports to a fully configured system. You pick the switch date yourself, for example the first of a month, so billing and schedule change over cleanly.
Do my members’ running payments transfer automatically?
Honest answer: payment details from Eversports’ own payment stack cannot be transferred, so your members enter their card once more (one email, two minutes). If your payments already run through Stripe, customers and payment methods migrate to Class Booking cleanly.
What data can I get out of Eversports Manager?
Eversports Manager offers exports, such as your customer list. For the migration we need the customer list, your schedule and an overview of your products and prices. Whatever the export does not cover, we rebuild from screenshots or lists, that is part of the done-for-you migration.
I am on an annual Eversports contract. When should I switch?
Plan the switch for the end of your billing period so you do not pay twice. Since Class Booking bills monthly and the trial is free for 14 days, you can set up the new system in parallel at no risk and flip on your chosen date.
Do I lose reach if I leave the Eversports marketplace?
Possibly yes, and that belongs in an honest weighing. If the marketplace regularly brings you new customers, you lose that channel (and stop paying the 25% referral fee, capped at €75 per person). Studios whose customers arrive via Google, Instagram and referrals usually notice no difference, and keep every euro.
