Facts about YOGO checked 17 October 2026 · ~5 minute read

This page is written by Class Booking, so we say that up front. Everything we write about YOGO comes from YOGO's own public pages, listed with links at the bottom and checked on 17 October 2026. Plans and prices change, so check YOGO's site for the current version before you decide.

What YOGO offers

YOGO is a Danish member management system for fitness, yoga, pilates, sauna and boutique studios, based in Copenhagen. It brings booking, memberships, payment, door access, instructor planning, point of sale and accounting into one platform, and its website is available in Danish, Norwegian, Swedish, German, Portuguese and English.

Livestream runs on the same class as in-room attendance, so members choose how they take part. A studio can have its own native iOS and Android app under its own name, included in the Studio + App plan and available as an add-on on the other plans. YOGO integrates with the Kisi door system, so access follows the membership, and for chains and franchises with more than one legal entity, YOGO Business keeps each company's accounts separate under one account.

How the two are set up

YOGO's pricing page lists three plans: Studio Light at €79, Studio at €159 and Studio + App at €278 per month, excluding VAT, with up to 20% off when billed yearly. Multiple locations are possible on Studio and Studio + App, at €80 per month for each extra location. Moving your data to YOGO is free on Studio and above, with a one-off fee on Studio Light.

Class Booking has three plans too, Basic, Pro and Studio, on one public price list that is the same for every studio. Both providers change plans and prices over time, so compare the current pages side by side.

What Class Booking offers

Class Booking is built in Copenhagen by Nahbo ApS for class-based studios: scheduling, memberships, class passes, payments and reporting in one product, from one location upward. The admin works in English, German, Swedish, Norwegian, Spanish, French and Danish, and new studios can usually start taking bookings the same day.

Pricing is public: €10 / £8 / $13 to €50 / £40 / $60 per month depending on the plan, with no setup fee. Payments run through Stripe at Stripe's standard rates, and we add no fee on top. Settlement in EUR, GBP, USD, DKK, SEK and NOK. Data is hosted in the EU. Plans run monthly, and you can cancel from your dashboard.

When each one fits

Both have a place. A practical guide:

YOGO fits well if
  • You want your own native app in the App Store and Google Play under your studio's name
  • Livestreamed or hybrid classes are part of how you teach
  • You run unstaffed opening hours with door access that follows the membership
  • You run a chain or franchise with several companies and want them under one account
Class Booking fits well if
  • You want one public monthly price list and no setup fee
  • Members keep a fixed weekly place, or a family shares one subscription
  • You enrol members for a whole season or term
  • An installable web app is enough for your members

On migrating

If you move across from YOGO, the Class Booking team runs the migration with you: members, active memberships, schedules and booking history, typically in 5-7 days. YOGO exports its reports to Excel and CSV, which is a good place to start. The migration page has the full process, what we need from you, and what to expect.
